By visiting mdspeed.in, utilizing applications published by MD Speed (such as OneTap AI), or engaging our professional website and mobile application engineering services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. You must be at least 18 years of age (or have verified parental/guardian permission) to submit service requests or enter binding commercial arrangements.

2. Permitted Use & Security Restrictions

You agree to use our website, endpoints, and utility tools only for legitimate, lawful purposes. You shall NOT:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our administrative systems (adminpanal), Cloud Firestore documents, backend APIs, or servers.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, automated bots, scrapers, or overload our hosting infrastructure through denial-of-service (DDoS) methods.
• Submit fraudulent, abusive, spam, or defamatory inquiries through our contact or support forms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our compiled proprietary software packages except as permitted by mandatory law.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The MD Speed name, official logo, brand graphics, website UI/UX designs, source code, and OneTap AI applications are the exclusive intellectual property of MD Speed and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. For custom development deliverables, ownership transfer occurs upon receipt of final contracted payments as stipulated in individual service agreements.

4. Published Software Products (OneTap AI & Previews)

OneTap AI is provided as a productivity utility application. We maintain accurate, build-verified release notes and features. Experimental or development previews (such as School ERP) are shared strictly for informational roadmap transparency and do not constitute binding commercial warranties until official release.

5. Custom Development Services & 2-Hour Response Guarantee

When you submit a website or mobile app development requirement:

• Response Window: We guarantee an initial confirmed review and communication update on your submitted WhatsApp number or email within 2 hours during standard business hours (Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).
• Milestone Delivery: Development projects are governed by agreed milestone scopes (e.g., UI/UX design, database architecture, backend/frontend engineering, deployment, and testing).
• Warranty & Defect Support: Custom development includes a 30-day post-handover bug-fix and deployment stability warranty.

6. Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy

All commercial transactions, digital software distributions, milestone cancellation terms, and refund eligibility are governed explicitly by our Return, Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy. MD Speed strictly distributes digital products and electronic engineering services — no physical goods are shipped.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Website materials, free applications, and preview features are provided on an 'AS-IS' and 'AS-AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, MD Speed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or free digital utilities.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute or controversy arising under or relating to these terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through amicable good-faith discussions. If unresolved, the competent courts located in India shall possess exclusive jurisdiction.
