This policy transparently explains the return, refund, cancellation, and delivery terms applicable across all our digital products and professional services.
2. Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy (100% Electronic)
MD Speed exclusively develops and distributes digital software, cloud configurations, and electronic source code. We do NOT manufacture, package, or physically ship physical merchandise.
- Delivery Method: Delivery of software products and custom deliverables occurs 100% electronically via official app stores (e.g., Google Play Store), secure direct download links, Git version-control repositories, or direct deployment to client-authorized cloud hosting environments (such as Firebase Hosting).
- Shipping Costs: Because all deliveries are electronic, there are Zero shipping, postal, or courier charges applicable to any transaction on mdspeed.in.
- Delivery Timelines: Standard mobile app utilities are available for instant electronic download. Custom website and mobile application development projects follow agreed milestone delivery schedules formally quoted upon initial review (with guaranteed initial project consultation within 2 hours).
3. Published Software Applications (OneTap AI)
For our published Android productivity utility applications:
- Free Tiers / Core Utilities: Core utility workflows in OneTap AI are provided free of charge to users. No payments are required for basic offline tools.
- In-App Purchases / Subscriptions: Any optional premium digital features or in-app purchases processed through the Google Play Store are governed directly by Google Play's standard refund policies. Users may request a refund through Google Play account purchase history within the applicable Google Play review window.
4. Custom Website & Mobile App Development Services
Custom engineering projects involve dedicated developer hours, custom architecture, server provisioning, and code assets. Our transparent milestone framework ensures fair treatment for both clients and engineers:
- Milestone Approval Framework: Development projects are executed in discrete milestones (e.g., Milestone 1: Blueprint & UI Prototype; Milestone 2: Core Engineering & Backend; Milestone 3: Testing & Cloud Deployment). Invoices and payments are tied to milestone acceptance.

Project Cancellation by Client: A client may cancel an ongoing project at any point by sending written notice to support@mdspeed.in or contacting +91 6299841352. Upon cancellation:
- Any work completed and approved up to the date of cancellation is billed at agreed milestone rates.
- Any uncommenced milestones for which advance payment was held will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- All code, assets, and design files produced up to the paid milestone will be handed over to the client.
- 30-Day Defect Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee: Upon final delivery, all custom code is backed by a 30-day warranty. Any software defects, rendering bugs, or integration errors deviating from agreed scope specifications will be repaired at zero additional cost.
